Before placing your first order with vFulfill, it’s important to configure a few key settings in your account.

Let’s walk you through what needs to be set up—step by step.

⚙️ Where to Do This

In your vFulfill account, Go to Store Settings >> General Settings


Step 1: Upload Your Store Logo 🖼️

Click on Edit Brand Setting and upload the logo. It will appear on the invoice, placed on the Outer Box of your order, reflecting your brand identity with every order.

Step 2: Add Customer Support Details 📞

Add your store’s support email and phone number. These details show up on invoices and help your customers reach out directly to you if they need assistance.

Step 3: Set Your Store Timezone 🌍

This ensures that all timestamps—order confirmations, dispatch, deliveries—are shown in your local time inside the vFulfill account. It helps avoid confusion while tracking order activity.

Step 4: Enable Order Management Services (Optional) 📦

Available on: Shaker & EarthQuaker plans
Cost: ₹25 per order

When enabled, vFulfill takes care of:

  • Order confirmations

  • NDR (non-delivery) handling

  • Shipment updates

All this is done through automated channels like IVR calls, WhatsApp, and our support center.

Step 5: Enable OTP Verification (Recommended) 🔐

Switch on the toggle to enable OTP verification for all your orders. We highly recommend this for COD orders as this helps in reducing frauds, preventing fake orders, and improving delivery success.

Step 6: Review the Pincode Risk List 📍

We've created this list to make it easier for you to identify Low, Medium, and High-risk delivery areas based on historical data. This helps you:

  • Make smarter decisions when confirming orders

  • Avoid shipping to high-RTO areas
