To manage the surge in demand, courier partners have introduced additional charges across the network. Accordingly, we will be implementing a temporary Festive Season Surcharge, effective 22nd Sept 2025 – 31st Dec 2025 :
INR 2 per shipment – Surface Mode
INR 3 per shipment – Air Mode (standard & premium)
*calculated per 500 g slab
This adjustment reflects the increased cost imposed by courier companies for extra manpower, expanded capacity, and operational measures to keep shipments moving smoothly during the festive peak.
We’ve kept the surcharge as minimal as possible, so you can focus on maximising sales, while we work closely with courier companies to support you in this season.
