vFulfill makes it super easy to link both Shopify and WooCommerce stores to your account, so you can manage your orders effortlessly. Check out the step-by-step process below to connect and manage your stores :

For those, who already have a Shopify Store can skip to Step 2 directly.

Step 1: Navigate to the 'Launch a new store on Shopify' option in vFulfill. It will redirect you to the Shopify website, where you can create your store. Simply follow Shopify’s setup instructions, and your store will be up and running in no time! 🏪✨

Step 2: Once your Shopify store is ready, return to your vFulfill Account and click on Link Shopify. 📊

Step 3: A pop-up will appear asking if you want to link your store. Click on Link New Shopify Store to proceed. 🔗

Step 4: You’ll then be redirected to the Shopify appstore. Click Install to add the vFulfill app to your store. This integration will allow you to sync products, orders, and more in real time in your vFulfill account.

Step 5: After installation is completed, you will be able to see your store successfully connected! 🎉

Step 1: Go to the WooCommerce website 🌐 and set up your store. Once your store is ready, return to your vFulfill Account. 📊

Step 2: Click on Connect Your Store or Link Your WooCommerce Store in the vFulfill dashboard.

Step 3: A pop-up will ask you to enter the necessary details for your WooCommerce store. Fill in the required information and click on Connect Store.

Step 4: Your WooCommerce store is now connected with vFulfill and it will allow you to sync products, orders, and more in real time in your vFulfill account.

Depending on the plan you have subscribed to on vFulfill, you can also connect multiple stores under a single vFulfill account.

However please note, all the stores will be operated under a single GST number & the wallet balance will always be a global entity in instead of being store wise.

Follow the steps mentioned below to connect multiple stores in your vFulfill account :

​Step 1: In your vFulfill account, click on Connect Another Store to start the connecting multiple stores under . 🔗

Step 2: A pop-up will appear asking you to choose which store you’d like to connect. 🛍️

Step 3: Select the store you want to connect and follow the same steps as mentioned above to complete the installation process.

In your vFulfill account, click the drop-down menu in the top-left corner. You’ll see a list of all your connected stores.

You can click on the store name & you will be switched to a view of that particular store - i.e. orders, shipments etc of that store.

Step 1: Click on your profile name at the top-right corner of the vFulfill account.

Step 2: From the drop-down menu, select Manage Stores. This will take you to a page where you can view all your connected stores.

You can also add more stores from here by clicking on Add Store in the Manage Stores section.
