Adding products to your store is one of the first and most exciting steps toward getting your business up and running.
You can export the products directly from our Product Research Tool to your Shopify store or sync the products you’ve already listed on Shopify to your vFulfill account.

✅ Option 1: Adding Products from the vFulfill Product Research Tool
If you're exploring new products to sell, our Product Research Tool is the perfect place to begin. It offers a wide range of trending and high-performing products that you can directly add to your store.
Step 1: In your vFulfill account and go to the Products >> Product Research Tool. This will take you to our curated product selection.
Step 2: Search for the product using the Product name or Product ID or Browse the catalog to discover options.
Step 3: Once you find a product you like, click on Add to Store. This will take you to the product details page.
Step 4: On this page, click Add to Store again to confirm. The product will now be added to both:
Your Store Products section on vFulfill
Your Shopify Store's product catalog
✅ Option 2: Adding Products from Your Shopify Store to vFulfill
If you already have products listed on your Shopify store and want them to appear in your vFulfill account, the process is just as easy.
Step 1: Let’s say you’ve listed a product directly on your Shopify store.
Step 2: To sync it to your vFulfill account, simply create a test order for that product on Shopify.
Step 3: Once this test order is placed, the product will automatically show up under the Store Products section in your vFulfill account.
🔍 How to view your added products?
Step 1: Go to Products >> Store Products on your vFulfill account.
Step 2: The products added via the Product Research Tool will appear as Linked Products while the products synced from your Shopify store will appear as Unlinked Products as shown in the image below.
