Service rate cards clearly shows the costs incurred per order for fulfillment, convenience and warehousing at each level, making it easy to track your expenses.
Follow these simple steps to check your rate cards:
Step 1: Click on the Profile icon >> Profile from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Navigate to the Rate Cards section.
Here, you’ll find all the service rate cards:
Fulfillment Rate Card – shows the charges related to order processing and packing.
Convenience Rate Card – includes fees related to tax management (if applicable) and convenience, displayed according to the plan you've subscribed to.
Warehousing Rate Card – outlines charges for storage, RTV handling, and other related services.

To select the appropriate shipment rate card for your store, follow these steps:
Step 1: In your vFulfill account, Go to Store Settings and select Shipment Settings.
Step 2: Here, you will see a list of all available Shipment Rate Cards, along with the one currently selected for your store.
You can select your preferred rate card from the available options based on your shipping needs. You can also choose between zone-wise pricing or All India pricing:
Zone-Wise Pricing: Different rates for different delivery zones
All India Pricing: A uniform shipping rate across all regions of India.
Before selecting a card, make sure to read the guidelines mentioned below the rate cards carefully. These guidelines will help you understand weight charges, COD options, RTO fees and other important factors that affect your shipping.
