Before you start raising your sourcing requests, it’s helpful to understand how RFQ credits work.
RFQ credits are what you use to raise product quotation requests on vFulfill. These credits are part of your plan and decide how many RFQs you can raise each month.
Let’s look at how credits are used, when they’re refunded, and what happens if your RFQ type changes 👇
💡 How RFQ Credits Are Used :
By default, each RFQ form consumes 1 credit. If you select additional options while filling out the form, extra credits will be used depending on what information you choose to know from us.
Option | What It Means | Extra Credits Used |
1.Branded Packaging
| To get the products packed in your own brand’s packaging. | +1 Credit |
2. Logo on Product & Branded Packaging
| To get your brand's logo printed on both the product and its packaging. | +2 Credits |
3.Custom Product Development or Feature Enhancements
| To modify or enhance the product design/features. | +2 Credits |
4. Fast-Track RFQ
| Use it to get RFQ to be processed on priority. | +1 Credit |
🧮 Example:
If you choose Branded Packaging and Fast-Track RFQ, your total credit usage will be: 1 (base) + 1 + 1 = 3 credits
You can see the total credits being used for your RFQ on the right side of the form, below the Quote Success Indicator.
♻️ When RFQ Credits Are Credited Back :
We understand that sometimes an RFQ might not go through as planned and that’s okay! In certain cases, your credits are automatically credited back to your monthly balance:
If your RFQ is marked as Unserviceable:
When our sourcing team is unable to process your RFQ, all credits used for that RFQ are refunded back to your monthly balance.
If you cancel the RFQ before it’s picked up by our team:
You’ll get all credits back, as long as the RFQ hasn’t been assigned or started yet.
If the RFQ Type needs to be changed:
Sometimes, when our sourcing team reviews your request, they may find that the product type you selected (for example, Off-the-Shelf) actually requires custom development.
In such cases, you’ll receive an email asking for your confirmation before we proceed with the updated product type.
Once you approve, your RFQ credits will automatically adjust based on the new product type.
If we don’t receive your consent within 24 hours, the RFQ will auto-cancel to keep your dashboard clean and fair for everyone.

📅 Monthly Credit Validity :
RFQ credits refresh every month based on your plan.
Please note that:
Unused credits do not carry forward to the next month.
Make sure to use them within the same month to make the most of your plan.
💭 Pro Tip:
Try to plan your RFQs early in the month. This gives you enough time to raise, refine, and re-submit (if needed) without worrying about monthly resets.
