Once your COD remittance has been successfully credited to your vFulfill Wallet, you can submit a withdrawal request to easily transfer the funds to your bank account whenever you need them.

In this article, we’ll guide you through the simple process of withdrawing funds from your vFulfill Wallet to your bank account.

Here’s a step-by-step process on how to withdraw your funds:

Step 1: In your vFulfill account, click on the Wallet icon 💳 or head over to Manage Funds from the Profile menu 👤.

Step 2: This will take you to wallet summary. In the Wallet Summary, click the Withdraw Funds button ⬆️ to begin the process.

Step 3: Next, A pop-up form will appear. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw 💸.
Make sure the amount is at least ₹5,000 (the minimum allowed) and doesn’t exceed your current wallet balance.


Step 4: After entering the withdrawal amount, click Confirm Withdrawal ✅. This will submit your request, and the amount will be placed on hold in your wallet until it’s processed.

That’s it! Our team will take it from there. Once your withdrawal request is reviewed and approved, the amount will be transferred to your registered bank account.

The minimum amount you can withdraw is ₹5,000. Please ensure your withdrawal is above this amount and less than total wallet balance. 💸

  • Inventory Storage Fees: If you have inventory stored with us, some funds will need to remain in your wallet to cover storage fees. 🏠

  • Ongoing, RTO, or Sourcing Orders: If you have orders that are in process, marked for Return to Origin (RTO), or sourcing request is currently in progress, we may hold back total fund withdrawal to ensure all related costs are covered. 📦

Here’s how to do it step-by-step:

Step 1: 🧭 Navigate to your Wallet and click on Transaction Logs.

Step 2: 📅 Use the Date Filter to select the time period you want to check.

Step 3: ✅ Set the Payment Status as Processed or Pending—depending on what you're looking for.

Step 4: 🎯 Click on Filter Transaction Heads and select Fund Withdrawal from the list.
