To ensure you're always informed about your payouts, let’s go over how you can track your COD remittances.

πŸ“Š How to Track Your COD Remittance Status

To check all the amounts that were transferred in a specific payout cycle, here’s how you can track your remittance status.

Step 1:

πŸ”΄ Go to your Wallet >> Transaction Logs.

β€‹πŸŸ‘ Choose the Filter by criteria : either filter by date of creation of the transaction or by date of approval.

🟒 Apply the date filter to narrow the time period as per your requirement.

🟣 Select the payment status from the drop-down. For example: to check only the payments which are processed, select processed option from the menu.

Step 2: 🎯 Next, Click on Filter via Transaction Heads and select COD Remittance and apply the filter.

πŸ“‹ This will list all the COD remittances processed in that period - just like what you’ll see in the screenshots below.

πŸ“₯ You can also download the CSV file for a detailed view or record keeping. If you're checking via CSV, simply apply a filter on the Approved On column to track payouts within a specific cycle.
