1. Smarter Inventory Analytics - Plan Better, Sell Better
We’ve rolled out a completely refreshed Inventory Analytics experience to help you track stock health, sales velocity, and replenishment needs - all in one place.
This update brings your inventory story together, so you can move from “looking at numbers” to actually understanding what they mean.
A) Inventory Analytics Dashboard - Your Single Source of Truth
Your new Inventory Analytics Dashboard brings all critical metrics together in one place.
At a glance, you can track total inventory units and value, average units dispatched per day, RTO pending units, and your inventory turnover rate.
You can also visually track selling trends across products with flexible time filters, helping you spot demand spikes or slowdowns early and plan ahead with more confidence.
Along with this, you’ll also start seeing alerts for recent shipment activity and key inventory movements, so you’re always in the loop about what’s happening with your stock.
B) Clear Stock Health Indicators - Smarter replenishment
Products are now clearly tagged as Under Stock, Healthy Stock, or Over Stock based on your actual sales velocity and available inventory.
These smart stock indicators make it much easier for you to decide when to replenish, how much to order, and when to slow down - reducing guesswork and improving planning.
C) Top Selling Products View - See Winners at a Glance
You now get a single, clear snapshot of your best-performing SKUs - right where you need it.
The view brings together key signals like Attempted Delivery %, units shipped vs units left, stock coverage in days, and your average daily dispatch trends (7/14/30 days).
This helps you quickly understand what’s selling well, what’s moving fast, and where you may need to take action - without digging into multiple reports.
D) Key Inventory Movements - Full transparency
Every movement in your inventory is now captured clearly in an inventory ledger, showing a structured breakdown of each type of movement.
This gives you complete visibility into what’s coming in, going out, adjusted - making reconciliation and tracking much simpler.

With this update, your inventory now tells you a clear story instead of just showing raw numbers. You can instantly see what needs action, what’s performing well, and what’s tying up capital.
This helps you:
Make faster, data-backed decisions
Prevent stockouts before they happen
Reduce overstocking and locked-up cash

2. Wallet Withdrawal Logic Update - More Flexibility, Less Friction
We’ve updated the withdrawal rules to make the process more practical and flexible:
If your available balance is less than ₹5,000, you can withdraw the full available amount.
If your balance is ₹5,000 or more, the minimum withdrawal amount is ₹5,000.
🚀 Why this matters:
This update ensures smaller balances don’t remain stuck in your wallet while still keeping a clear structure for larger withdrawals.
Overall, it gives you more control over your funds and makes the withdrawal experience smoother and more predictable.
3. Auto “Search by ID” Enabled - Find Faster
Now, whenever you type a keyword that looks like an order, shipment, product ID, sourcing ID or RFQ ID, the system automatically selects Search by ID for you.
This is now live across the Orders, Shipments, NDR , Sourcing and RFQ modules.

This small change removes an extra step from your daily workflow.
Overall, this makes searching smoother, more reliable, and less prone to errors - especially when handling high volumes across multiple modules.
4. Copy & Paste Now Supported for Products – Search in One Step
You can now copy and paste images directly into Image Search within the Product Research Tool, instead of having to download and re-upload them first.
🚀 Why this matters:
This makes product discovery faster and smoother when you already have a reference image from WhatsApp, Instagram, or your research team.
Overall, it helps you search, match, and explore products with fewer steps and less effort.
📣 Important Update – Chinese New Year & RFQ Timelines
Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, many factories in China will remain closed from 10th to 25th February 2026.
During this period, some RFQ quotations may take longer than usual as supplier operations will be paused. Accordingly, RFQ timelines for China quotations have been temporarily extended.
We appreciate your patience and understanding - our team will resume processing requests as soon as suppliers are back in operation and will keep you updated wherever possible
