๐Ÿš€ Platform RoundUp - March 2026

Written by Deeksha Yadav

Weโ€™re back with Marchโ€™s platform updates - all focused on helping you save time, stay in control, and make quicker decisions on vFulfill.
โ€‹

As your operations grow, managing multiple stores, handling team access, and staying on top of post-delivery requests can start becoming time-consuming and scattered.
โ€‹

This month, weโ€™ve focused on simplifying exactly that - making key workflows more structured, easier to navigate, and quicker to act on, so you can spend less time managing and more time making decisions.
โ€‹

๐Ÿ”ฅ No more switching. No more digging. Just faster decisions.

As always, these improvements are shaped by how you actually use the platform, so everything feels more practical, intuitive, and aligned with your daily operations.
โ€‹

๐ŸŒฐ In a nutshell - hereโ€™s whatโ€™s new this month

โ€ขMultistore selection across Orders, Shipments & NDR - get a unified view of all your stores and manage operations without constant switching

โ€ข Order Support module upgrade - clearer structure and better visibility so you can understand, track, and act on requests faster

โ€ข Customer data masking for added users - control who can access sensitive customer details while your team continues to operate smoothly

โ€ข Shipment Journey report in Downloaded Reports - track how shipments move across stages and identify delays or patterns more easily

โ€ข Product variant level search in Orders & Shipments - directly find specific variants and avoid digging through multiple orders

โญ๏ธ Hero Updates

1. Multistore Selection โ€“ One View Across All Stores

If youโ€™re managing multiple stores, switching between them to track orders, shipments, or NDRs can quickly become repetitive and time-consuming.
โ€‹

With this update, you can now select and view multiple stores together across the Orders, Shipments, and NDR modules - giving you a single, combined view of your operations.
โ€‹

Instead of jumping between stores to piece together information, you now get everything in one place, making it much easier to track, compare, and take action.
โ€‹
๐Ÿ‘‰ To use this, go to Orders, Shipments, or NDR, and select one or multiple stores from the store selector in the top menu.
โ€‹
โ€‹

๐Ÿš€ Why this matters:

This removes the constant back-and-forth that comes with managing multiple stores.
โ€‹

You can monitor performance, track orders, and handle issues across stores in less time - without constant back-and-forth or missed updates.

2. Order Support Module โ€“ Faster, Clearer Resolution Flow

Handling post-delivery requests and escalations often involves going through multiple details, statuses, and updates - and when the information isnโ€™t structured well, it can slow down how quickly youโ€™re able to act.
โ€‹

With this update, weโ€™ve improved the UI across Requests, Escalations, and NDR Escalations to make everything more organized and easier to navigate.
โ€‹

Information is now structured in a way that helps you quickly understand the current status, key details, and what action is needed.

โ€‹

A) Delivered Requests & Escalations โ€“ Clear Case Visibility

The Delivered Requests and Escalations section now comes with better detailing and clearer visibility into each case.
โ€‹

This makes it easier to review updates, understand the context, and take the next step with more confidence.
โ€‹
โ€‹

โ€‹

B) NDR Escalations โ€“ Smoother Escalation Workflow

The NDR Escalations interface has been refreshed to provide a smoother and more intuitive experience.
โ€‹

Thereโ€™s no change in functionality - but navigating and working through escalations now feels more seamless.
โ€‹

๐Ÿš€ Why this matters:

Post-delivery support is time-sensitive, and delays often come from unclear or scattered information.
โ€‹

With a cleaner structure and better visibility, you can now scan, understand, and act on requests much faster - especially in time-sensitive cases where clarity matters most.
โ€‹

โœจ Improvements & Enhancements

1. User Permissions Update โ€“ Better Control Over Customer Data

When working with team members or external users, giving access to orders and shipments often means exposing sensitive customer details like phone numbers and email IDs.
โ€‹

With this update, customer contact details are now masked by default for all added users across Orders and Shipments pages.
โ€‹

This allows your team to continue managing operations as usual, while you retain better control over what information is visible to whom.
โ€‹
๐Ÿ‘‰ To use this, Go to Profile โ†’ Manage Users โ†’ Roles, and enable โ€œView Contact No. & emailโ€ permissions as needed.
โ€‹
โ€‹

โ€‹

๐Ÿš€ Why this matters:

You can safely collaborate with your team without worrying about unnecessary data exposure - keeping operations smooth while protecting customer information.
โ€‹

2. Shipment Journey Report โ€“ More Visibility

Tracking shipments often means relying only on the current status, which doesnโ€™t always show what actually happened across the delivery journey in one glance.
โ€‹

With this update, a Shipment Journey report is now available in the Downloaded Reports section - giving you a complete breakdown of each shipment from dispatch to closure.
โ€‹

This means instead of just seeing the latest update, you can clearly understand how the shipment progressed at every stage, where delays occurred, and what actions were taken.
โ€‹
๐Ÿ‘‰ To use this, Click the Download Reports icon โ†’ Generate New Report โ†’ select Shipment Journey, fill the details, and submit to download the report
โ€‹
โ€‹

โ€‹

๐Ÿš€ Why this matters:

You no longer have to piece together shipment data manually. With all key checkpoints in one place, you can:

  • Identify delivery bottlenecks faster

  • Spot repeated NDR or attempt-related issues

  • Analyze performance across shipments

  • Make more informed decisions while managing deliveries at scale
    โ€‹

3. Product Variant Search โ€“ Find Exactly What You Need

When youโ€™re working with multiple variants of the same product, finding specific orders or shipments often means going through all product-level data.
โ€‹

With this update, you can now search and filter directly at a product variant level across Orders and Shipments.
โ€‹

This means you no longer need to manually scan through multiple entries - you can directly access the exact variant youโ€™re looking for in just a few clicks.
โ€‹
๐Ÿ‘‰ To use this, on any Orders or Shipments page, apply filters โ†’ select the Product, then choose the specific Variant to view relevant data
โ€‹
โ€‹

โ€‹

๐Ÿš€ Why this matters:

This makes tracking faster, more precise, and far less effort-intensive - especially when managing multiple variants at scale.

You can quickly identify issues, monitor performance, and take action without unnecessary back-and-forth.
โ€‹

๐Ÿ’ก Operational Insight of the Month

Fix your next RTO before it happens.

RTOs donโ€™t actually happen at delivery - they start building much earlier in the shipment journey. With better visibility and the NDR Escalation module, you can catch issues before they turn into returns.
โ€‹

A simple daily habit that actually works - 10 minutes, 3 checks:
โ€‹

1. Use NDR escalations to escalate patterns
โ€‹
Donโ€™t just reattempt NDRs - read into them.

  • Same pincode failing repeatedly?

  • A specific variant getting refused?

  • Customers unreachable at similar time windows?

Your NDR escalation is the best way to escalate earliest warning signals - if you use them right.
โ€‹

2. Look at shipment journeys before they become problems
โ€‹
Go beyond current status and check how the shipment is moving.

If itโ€™s stuck too long at a stage, itโ€™s already at risk.
Catching it early gives you time to act.

3. Question repeat patterns before reshipping
โ€‹
Before reshipping, ask: has anything actually changed?

If the root issue isnโ€™t fixed (address, timing, intent), itโ€™s likely to RTO again.
โ€‹

Why this works: Top operators don't reduce RTO by reacting faster. They reduce it by seeing patterns earlier than everyone else.
โ€‹

The goal isn't to manage RTO. It's to see it coming - and stop it before it starts.
