๐Ÿš€ Platform Roundup - May 2026

Written by Deeksha Yadav

There's a version of scaling where the business is moving but your mornings aren't.
โ€‹

You're logging in, jumping between modules, pulling numbers, cross-checking reports. You're still asking:

  • Where do I even start today?

  • Is the business healthy right now, or just busy?

  • What needs my attention versus what can wait?

  • Did anything change with operations that I should know about?

That gap between logging in and actually knowing what's going on - that's what we focused on this month.
โ€‹

From a brand new Snapshot experience to product discovery improvements and updated platform charges, these updates are designed to help you start faster, act with more context, and operate with less friction.
โ€‹

๐Ÿ”ฅ Less tab-hopping. Faster mornings. Sharper decisions.

๐ŸŒฐ In a nutshell - here's what's new

  • Snapshot - a unified daily view of your business, built to answer what's new and what needs attention the moment you open the platform

  • Revised Shipping, Storage & Packaging Charges - updated rates effective 1st June, with in-platform notifications so nothing catches you off guard

  • Recommended Products - contextual product suggestions on the product detail page, plus easier navigation between products

โญ๏ธ Key Updates

1. Snapshot - Your Business, at a Glance, Every Day

The problem with scaling isn't usually a lack of information. It's that the information is scattered.

Orders in one place. Inventory in another. NDRs somewhere else. By the time you've navigated across modules just to understand how the business is doing today, it's already afternoon.

Snapshot changes that structure entirely.

It's a single, unified dashboard that loads when you need a quick read of the business - and it answers the two questions operators ask every single day: What's new? And what needs my attention?

What Snapshot shows you:

1. Unified Business Overview - One live view that brings together your most important business signals - upcoming tasks, active risks, areas that need attention, and what's running smoothly. No assembly required.

2. Key Business Metrics & Health Indicators - A visual summary of how the business is performing - not just numbers, but directional health. You can immediately tell whether things are moving in the right direction or if something needs a closer look.

3. Real-Time Operational Visibility - What's live, what's in motion, and what's pending - all visible from one place. You stay informed on ongoing operations without needing to chase each module individually.

Who Snapshot is built for:

Snapshot is designed for active partners who don't have time to piece the picture together manually - especially those with:

  • 50+ orders running

  • Ongoing operational workflows across fulfilment, NDR, or inventory

  • A focus on growth and daily optimisation

If your mornings currently involve opening multiple tabs just to understand where things stand - Snapshot is built directly for that problem.

The shift it creates:

Before Snapshot

After Snapshot

Navigate across modules to understand performance

One view on login

Manual analysis to spot what needs attention

Surfaced automatically

Dependency on reports to read business health

Visual, real-time indicators

Time spent assembling context

Time spent acting on it

๐Ÿš€ Why this matters: The best operators don't just have access to information - they can act on it immediately. Snapshots is built to make that the default, every single day.

2. Revised Shipping, Storage & Packaging Charges - Effective 1st June

Shipping, storage, and packaging charges have been revised effective 1st June 2026.

To ensure visibility, we've added in-platform notifications so you'll see these changes directly where you work.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Check your notifications on Settings >> Shipment Settings for the updated rates applicable to your account.

๐Ÿš€ Why this matters: Cost visibility plays an important role in pricing decisions, profitability, and planning. These notifications help ensure important updates don't go unnoticed.

3. Recommended Products & Easier Product Navigation

Two small but meaningful improvements to how you explore and evaluate products.

Recommended Products on the Product Detail Page : When you're researching a product, you'll now see relevant product suggestions directly on that page - so discovery doesn't stop at the product you searched for.

Previous & Next Navigation A simple addition that removes unnecessary friction: use the โ† Prev and Next โ†’ buttons to move between products sequentially. Browse faster.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Visit the Product Research Tool and explore a product detail page to see both updates live.

๐Ÿš€ Why this matters: Product discovery is a daily habit for operators who scale consistently. The smoother that process, the more confidently and quickly you can identify what's worth testing next.

๐Ÿ’ก Operational Insight of the Month

Start your day with Snapshots. End it with P&L.

The morning question and the evening question are different.

In the morning, you need to know: What's happening? What needs my attention today? By the end of the day, you need to know: Did today's activity move the business in the right direction?

Snapshots is built for the first. P&L Analysis is built for the second.

Used together, they create a daily rhythm that keeps you informed without overwhelming you - and lets you catch problems at the moment they're manageable, not after they've compounded.

Three questions worth making a daily habit:

  1. What's flagged in Snapshots? Start here. It's faster than any manual check.

  2. Are costs aligned with the revised charge structure? Update your unit economics if you haven't. What looked profitable last month may look different now.

  3. Is the product I'm scaling showing early margin signals? Use Estimated P&L to check direction before the week closes - not after.

The goal isn't to check more. It's to check smarter - and these updates are built to make that easier.

โœจ Wrapping Up

This month's updates are focused on one thing: reducing the distance between logging in and knowing what to do.

When your business overview is unified, your mornings become more decisive. When charge updates are visible inside the platform, your cost picture stays accurate. When product discovery flows better, your next opportunity is easier to find.

We're continuing to build vFulfill as an operational system for serious operators - one that becomes more useful as your scale increases.

Here's to faster starts, clearer visibility, and smarter decisions ahead. ๐ŸŒŸ
